2016 Race Day Parking Information

2017 information will be updated as the event approaches

Here are a few options:

1. Click Here for Downtown Appleton Parking InformationWe encourage you to park by the Plaza, as parking by the finish line will be difficult. The start and the finish line are approximately 3/4 of a mile apart.

2. There is also limited parking available near the finish line at Sacred Heart Parish on E. Fremont St. If you choose to park there, please leave the very front row of parking available for the church.

3. Riverview Gardens at 1101 S Oneida St. is also kindly allowing participants to park in their lot. They request that if you do park in their lot, that you are gone by 1:00pm and park in the spots the furthest away from the building. There will be a wedding there that afternoon, so please be courteous and leave the spots the closest to the building available for the bride and her family.

4. There will be a trolley running continuously between Houdini Plaza with pick-up/drop-off on W Lawrence and S Appleton St. and Houdini’s Escape Gastropub (The driveway of the lot by Images Bar on E McKinnley – between Oneida and Monroe – see map below).

  • The trolley will run continuously between 8:00am and 9:00am, and again from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

  • Please keep in mind that the space is limited on the trolley to 30 passengers at a time and so with a race this size, it does have the potential to fill up quickly.

  • We are thrilled to be able to offer this service at our event again this year, and also realize it will be hard to accommodate all 1250+ participants and spectators on the trolley, which is why we have listed other parking options available.  For those of you that do park in the parking garages in downtown Appleton, Please keep your transportation options open (or be willing to walk back) if you find that you aren’t able to get on the trolley when you need to.

  • If you find yourself a little beat up after the race (though we hope not!), we hope this will be a great option for you to make it back to your car 🙂
