The event tee is NOT included with the race registration. We are adding this as an add-on option for those who may not be interested in a race tee. You may ADD the event tee to your registration for only $5. If you later decide you would like to add a race tee to your entry, please contact [email protected] before online registration closes.

On-Site Registration

Race registration will be available at packet pick-up for a $50 entry fee for the 10k and $20 for the One-Mile Walk. A limited quantity of T-shirts will be available to purchase at $5. 

Transfer Instructions

After online registration closes, all transfers must take place at packet pick-up.  Until then, follow this link to sell your registration: TBD 

After online registration closes, please e-mail us at [email protected] to let us know if you will be transferring your registration to another individual. They will need to pick up YOUR packet & t-shirt (if they added that to their registration) and then come to the Additional Assistance table at packet pick-up to complete the transfer and sign a waiver. You may also exchange the t-shirt size at the Additional Assistance table based on availability.

ID Check Notes

Please remember to bring your ID if you come to Friday packet pick-up. You will not be able to have the ID of another participant checked for them. The wristband will allow you to have a beer in the food & beverage tent. If you are not wearing a wristband, or if you do not have your ID at the finish line tent, you will receive a soda. If you come to Saturday packet pick-up, make sure to bring your ID to the tent at the finish line if you want an adult beverage.

Race Day Information


Starting Line Events:

8:55AM  National Anthem
9:00AM  10k Race Start (One-Mile walk to start immediately after)

Finish Line Events:

9:30AM – 11:30AM  Finish Line Food & Beverage Service

Food is for event participants and event volunteers only. You will need the ticket on your bib to go through the food line. Family, friends and other spectators will not be able to go through the food line in order that all race participants may receive food and a beverage.


Can I walk the Badger State 10k?

Yes, however, due to traffic concerns there is a time limit of 2 hours.

Are strollers or dogs allowed on the course?

Dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the event route. The Badger State 10k is a family affair and strollers are more than welcome!

Will there be water along the course?

Yes! There will be two water stations along the course:

Water station #1: around Mile 2, on Hickory Hill Dr. between Onieda St. & Colonial Ave.

Water station #2: around Mile 4.5 on St. Agnes and South Ridge Rd

Will there be a porta potty along the course?

Yes! There will be units available in the Badger State Brewing Co. parking lot and there will be two units when exiting Colburn Park at about mile 3.

Where should I park?

–    Stadium View Bar & Grill:  Please park in the part of the log closest to Spring Hill Suites and not by the banquet hall.

–    There is no parking at Badger State Brewing Co


Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female participants in each age group. There will be no formal awards ceremony. If you think you may have been in the top three in your age group, please check in with race staff at the Run Away Shoes tent near the beer tent. Please note that we will not be able to look up participant results past the top three in each age group at the awards table.
