    Beerntsen's Chilly Chocolate 15K & Fudge Trudge 5K

    The Beerntsen's Chilly Chocolate 15K & Fudge Trudge 5K will start & finish at Beerntsen's Chocolates downtown Green Bay. Participants will enjoy running or walking through a winter wonderland and earning a locally made Beerntsen's candy at the finish line. Participants will also enjoy post-race festivities next door at Copper State Brewing Co. This event is a 4imprint Race Series event.

    All participants will receive a commemorative participant shirt, Beerntsen's candy, post event food, Copper State Brewing Co. beer and chip timing.

    TRANSFERRING

    Log onto RunSignup, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer to Another Runner. 

    On the Transfer to Another Runner page, you will be shown your Transfer Information. Please confirm the information is correct and accurate.

    After reviewing the information above, you can enter the Recipient Information. The recipient will receive an email notification with a unique link which they can use to claim this transfer.

    Next, you can complete the Transfer process by clicking on the your Transfer Type.

    Transfer as Gift

    When transferring a registration as a gift, you will not receive a refund of your original registration fee, though instead, your recipient is allowed to register free of charge.

    Transfer for Refund

    If you would like to transfer your registration and receive a partial refund, then click on the button labeled “Transfer for Refund”.

    A breakdown of the transfer transaction will be available for reviewing, and if everything is correct, then hit “Transfer Registration”. You will be brought to your transaction’s confirmation page, where it can be printed out for your own records.

    Packet Pick-Up

    Friday, January 31st from 3:30pm to 5:30pm
    Saturday, February 1st from 7:00am to 7:45am

    Location: Copper State Brewing Co. 313 Dousman St, Green Bay, WI 54303

    If you cannot make it to the race but would still like to receive packet materials, e-mail events@runawayshoes.net by January 31st. You will be notified when they are available for pick-up at select Run Away Shoes locations. If you are a participant that does not reach out by then, your materials will be donated.

    Please wear your race bib on the FRONT and outermost layer of clothing. DO NOT BEND your race bib. The timing chips are on the back.

    On Pace Race will provide pacers for the Chilly Chocolate 15K at the following paces per mile: 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10, 10:30

    Representatives from New Balance and Diadora will be in attendance at the Beerntsen's Chilly Chocolate 15K & Fudge Trudge 5K! Make sure to pick their brains about their awesome shoes! Then, come see them and other amazing brands that can be found at Run Away Shoes at VIP Night at Badger State Brewing Company in the evening after the event.

    Broadway between Dousman and Hubbard will be blocked off, as well as the Beerntsen's & Copper State Brewing Co. lots but everything else that the Downtown Green Bay recommends is a good option. See the link below to the parking portion of their website

    RESULTS & AWARDS

    Award will be given to the overall winner (male and female) along with the top finisher (male and female) in each age group.

    0-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

    Claiming An Award:

    There will be no formal awards ceremony. Awards can pick claimed at the Race Hub table at the completion of the event or awards will be available for pick-up at Run Away Shoes the week after the event. The Race Hub table will be in the tent after the event.

    If you choose to pick-up your award at Run Away Shoes, please e-mail events@runawayshoes.net within a week of the race or your award will be donated.
