I mostly do my cross training days on Fridays instead of Thursdays. For my cross training I go to a spin class at Golds Gym. My instructor Kerrie Kerkman is awesome. We do an RPM class that last about 50 min. Its a great workout and i get just of good of burn and its less impact on my legs. I also do some weight lifting to help strengthen my core. Today I did some squats and worked on my shoulders and back. Getting ready for the 14 miler we have tomorrow! Hope the snow doesnt accumulate to much on the roads in De Pere.
