A few months ago I did the 22 push-ups for 22 days challenge for awareness of military suicides.  This was a noble cause and it definitely challenged me. It had been a very long time since I did something everyday for 22 days. I used my creative juices to keep it fresh everyday by doing a different push up every day. Trust me when I say I was challenged physically AND mentally to come up with the ideas and then follow through.


It got me thinking (I know that is dangerous and only happens when I have had a few beverages ) why can’t I do this for something else?

I have a list of all these cool things I like to do, can do but never make the time to do them.

SO my challenge for you and I is this…

Do something you like and think you “never have time to do” every day for 20 days. 

Our society is always trying to do things for others and this is something for yourself that is not selfish. Wait, is that an oxy moron, or am I just a moron for asking us to do something everyday for 20 days…

Here are a few ideas:

  • Go Kayaking
  • Play Rugby
  • Push ups!
  • Lifting
  • Core Exercises
  • Running
  • Yoga/Streching
  • Racket ball
  • Curling
  • Calling your mother
  • Writing a letter to your grandma (you know she would love it)
  • Make coffee at home

Anything that you can do and learn something about yourself.
