2019 Race Day Parking Information
We encourage you to park by the Plaza, as parking by the finish line will be difficult. The start and finish line are approximately 3/4 of a mile apart.
There is also limited parking available near the finish line at Sacred Heart Parish on E Fremont St. If you choose to park there, please leave the very front row of parking available for the church.
Riverview gardens at 1101 S Oneida St is also kindly allowing participants to park in their lot. Please be mindful of their afternoon and evening events and leave by 1:00 pm if you do choose to park, and please leave the spots closest to the building open.
There will be a trolley running continuously between Houdini Plaza with pick-up/drop-off on W Lawrence and S Appleton St. and Houdini’s Escape Gastropub (The driveway of the lot on E McKinnley between Oneida and Monroe )
Please keep in mind that space is limited on the trolley to 30 passengers at a time and so with a race this size, it does have the potential to fill quickly.
We are thrilled to be able to offer this service at our event again this year, and also realize it is hard to accommodate all of participants and spectators on the trolley, which is why we have listed the other parking options available. For those of you that do park in the parking garages in downtown Appleton, please still keep your transportation options open (or be willing to walk back) IF you find that you are not able to get on the trolley when you need to.
If you find yourself a little beat up after the race (we hope not!), we hope that this will be a great option for you to make it back to your car.
