Shirt sizes can be changed through 10/22 by e-mailing [email protected]
Machine wash cold, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary.
At the event: After you pick-up your packet, you can go to the additional assistance table to exchange for a different size based on what is available. Size exchanges are not guaranteed.
After the event: Extra shirts will be taken to Run Away Shoes in Appleton and available to exchange beginning the Tuesday following the event.
TEES & TRANSFERRING
If a registration is transferred AFTER 10/29, t-shirt size cannot be changed. The person who the registration is transferred to will receive the t-shirt of the person they are transferring from. The desired size is not guaranteed.

Through October 29th:
Scroll up to the Participant Self Management button and choose the “Sell Registration” option.
You will get to choose your sale price and then insert the e-mail of the person who you are selling to and they will receive an e-mail to complete it. You will receive an e-mail once they have done that. Please open that e-mail to approve the transfer. Then, in 2-3 business days, you will receive your refund.

T-Shirts & Transferring
If a registration is transferred AFTER online registration closes, t-shirt size cannot be changed. The person who the registration is transferred to will receive the t-shirt of the person they are transferring from. The desired size is not guaranteed.

Race Day Information
2. Pick-Up Your Packet
Friday, November 3rd 3:00pm – 6:00pm and Saturday, November 4th from 8:00am – 8:45am at Jones Park. 301 W Lawrence St. Appleton in the tent in the parking lot off of S Rocky Bleier Run
Please wear your race bib on the FRONT and outermost layer of clothing
DO NOT BEND your race bib. The timing chips are on the back.
- “Can I have someone pick-up my packet for me?” – Yes
- “I pre-registered and am now unable to participate in the event. Can I get a refund?” – We’re sad you are unable to join us. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please see transfer details above as an option.
3. Run or Walk!
Sorry, no dogs allowed on the course. Strollers are welcome.
#1 @ approximately 2.25 miles in.
#2 at approximately 4.25 miles in.
- Race start area (Houdini Plaza)
- Along the course (1 unit each at water stop #1 and #2)
- The finish line area
Results can be found HERE at the completion of the event.
Awards will give to the overall winner (male and female) along with the top 3 finishers (male and female) in each age group listed below:
12 & Under, 13 – 18, 19 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 – 49 50 – 54 55 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 +
Claiming An Award:
There will be no formal awards ceremony. Awards can pick claimed at the DJ station at the completion of the event or awards will be available for pick-up at Run Away Shoes – Appleton beginning Tuesday the week after the event for 2 weeks before unclaimed awards are donated.
