Seeding
Each team will be assigned a start time in early April.
Teams will be assigned a start time according to their anticipated finish time based on the average pace each team member listed when registering for the event.
The purpose of seeding the event into 3-4 wave starts is to help ensure that every team in each wave finishes in an appropriate window of time.
Start times are assigned with the slowest teams seeded first.
If you need to adjust your average pace after you register, or have a concern about your teams start or finish time, please contact [email protected]
***Once Start Times Are Posted***
When you view the wave start times, please find your team name and confirm that the number of team members listed is correct as well as your team division. Please have a representative from your team e-mail [email protected] if you see any issues with your start time*, number of team members, division, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
It is very important that you contact us regarding your start time if you believe your team will be slower or faster than when you originally registered.
Responsibilities & Expectations

Commonly Asked Questions
Does one person need to register the whole team?
No! One person does not need to handle registering the whole team. However, a person on your team will need to be designated as a Team Captain when registering. This person will need to sign up before anyone else on your team to create a team by choosing the Register Captain option. The Team Captain will choose a team password which participants will enter when they join a team from the Register Teammate option. Team Captains will also choose a team name which participants will be able to choose from a drop-down menu.
The reason we also have the team password to connect teams beyond just the team name is that sometimes teammates choose the wrong team or there are teams with very similar names.
If you need assistance registering, please email [email protected]
I can no longer participate. Can I receive a refund or transfer my bib?
We’re sorry that you can no longer participate! There are no refunds, but you can transfer your bib to another runner.
Transfers/Selling your registration can be completed by visiting the Participant Self Management Page and choosing the “Sell Registration” option. Then, follow the steps and e-mail it to the person who you will be selling/transferring your registration to and they will complete their registration to complete the transfer.
This link is also in your confirmation e-mail. Click “Edit Your Registration” or “Manage Your Team” to get to the options page.
If participants need to change after registration closes please e-mail [email protected]
